| Unconquered, is Demille's florid Technicolored celebration of the American frontier spirit. It is very melodramatic and didn't get very good press, but like all of DeMille's films, was popular with the public. It includes one of DeMille's famous bath sequences as well as scenes that include shooting the rapids to the edge of a waterfall and the staging of the battle of Fort Pitt. Starring: Gary Cooper, Paulette Goddard, Howard DaSilva, Boris Karloff, Cecil Kellaway, Ward Bond, Katherine DeMille, Henry Wilcoxon and C. Aubrey Smith. | ||
