Once again, this is a new version of a silent film starring Douglas Fairbanks, Sr. The cast is well chosen. Basil Rathbone plays the cruel captain Esteban Pasquale to perfection. His swordfights with Power are wonderful to see since Rathbone was the most proficient swordsman in Hollywood at the time. |
