Berkeley
was a premiere director at Warner Brothers during the 1930's.
Not only did he do great film direction and choreography but
he was an innovator, using the
camera in lots of different ways and from so many different
angles, that its hard to find an angle he didn't try. This
was his most productive and creative period and the films,
while the stories are a little "hokey" by
today's standards, are still worth seeing for the fabulous
production numbers choreographed by Berkeley. The
